01 · Positioning
Who you are for, who you are not for, and the category you refuse to look like.
Capability · 01
Most companies already have a category. They do not need another version of it. They need a point of view that can take a punch, and a short document later work is not allowed to contradict.
How we hold it
We interview, audit and read until the company sounds like itself. Positioning, narrative, brand architecture, the sentences it is never allowed to say. Strategy without craft is a document. We keep both in the building.
If you already have a craft team we trust, we will write the strategy and stay as a critic. If the next step is going to be a pitch-deck identity, we would rather do both.
What you leave with
Who you are for, who you are not for, and the category you refuse to look like.
A short story the company can tell without a deck in the room.
The rules later work is not allowed to contradict — including ours.
How names, offers and products sit together without competing for the same air.
Questions we are asked
Sometimes. If the company already has a craft team we trust, we will write the strategy and stay as a critic. If the next step is going to be a pitch-deck identity, we would rather do both.
A focused positioning and narrative is usually six to ten weeks. Brand architecture for a group of companies takes longer. We will say so in the first two weeks, not at the end of discovery.
