Visual Identity

We design systems, then the first artefacts. The guidelines are a record of decisions already made, not a wish list for a brand that does not yet exist.

How we hold it

Recognisable under pressure — a façade, a button, a packing slip.

Type, colour, motion, photography direction and the quiet rules that keep a brand from falling apart when it leaves the studio. We start with materials and use, not moodboards. If a mark cannot survive embroidery and a 16-pixel favicon, it is not finished.

Identity is not a logo with a colour attached. It is a system that still looks like itself five years later, in a language the company can actually speak.

What you leave with

The work, not a slide about the work.

01 · Type

A pairing that can take a headline, a contract and a care label.

02 · Colour

A palette taken from the work, not from last year’s trend report.

03 · Mark & system

The lockup, the rules, and the first artefacts so the guidelines are a record.

04 · Motion & image

How the brand moves, and what it is allowed to look like in a photograph.

How it sits with the rest

Identity without strategy is a look. We usually write the positioning first, or we inherit one we trust. Then we design. Then we stay for the website, the packaging, the first campaign — so nothing arrives from another company.
